Company History & Growth
Preferred Transportation Solutions began in 2018 as a small freight brokerage focused on delivering reliable and responsive service. As customer needs grew more complex, so did our capabilities. With the support of our sister companies, Little River Materials and Superior Inland Terminals, Preferred Transportation Solutions expanded into multimodal logistics across truck, rail, and barge.
Today we offer end-to-end freight solutions across construction, industrial, specialty markets, and more. Our strategic partnerships allow us to manage everything from product sourcing to final delivery, all under one coordinated network. Superior Inland Terminals plays a key role by giving us direct access to barge and rail infrastructure, allowing us to move freight more efficiently, reduce costs, and reach broader markets. As we grow, we remain focused on strengthening our network and simplifying delivery for every customer we serve.
